Calendar Force Closing

Not sure if anyone has a fix for this or not, but two days ago the stock calendar started force closing on me. I have tried everything to fix it short of wiping and starting from scratch. This includes going into applications and clearing data and cache, to swapping the SD card. I am not rooted and have tried alternate calendars such as Business calander and Calengoo.

I am tech savey and have rooted my previous phone "HTC Hero",but liked this phone enough to not root it. If I do have to wipe the phone I would prefer to just root it with a stock Android Rom. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

Try this... I just used this info. to track down and fix the same problem in contacts.

That worked great thanks... I had thought I had searched enough for the resolution online guess not...
