Calendar / Reminders that can add attachments

[AC Question]

I use Google Calendar for almost everything, it has pretty much my entire work and social life in it. However I'm looking for something that will help me track my bills without me having to use an actual bill paying app like Mint.

I want to be able to add a reminder on a specific date and snap a quick photo of the bill I want to pay and it attach to that reminder, so when the reminder comes, I have any information I may need off the bill. Does anything do this? and will it sync with Google Calendar?
