Calendar Transfer

I have a Samsung Galaxy S and need to transfer my standard calendar to my Samsung Galaxy S5.
The store where I bought the S5 transferred all it could from the S.
I loaded Smart Switch on the S5 BUT when I try loading on the S it says not compatible.
I MUST get the calendar transferred.

You could import your calendar into Google and use Google Calendar
