I don't think you can set an event bi-weekly like that. Have you checked any of the alternative calendar apps on the Play Store?

I can totally understand this, as I used to be the same way, but the calendar is one place that most phone manufacturers lag behind on. I highly recommend this one instead -- https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.withouthat.acalendar

Edit the event on Google Calendar. There is an option on the website, which will sync to the phone.

What calendar do i use thats linked to the google site?

I am just using the stock Cal. It was synced to my Google Account along with Contacts and such when I set up the phone. Just add your Google account to the Calendar if it is not already.
Open Cal, Settings, then Add Account. Set Sync to your preference in General Settings.
