Is there an calendar app that allows you to add events bi-weekly or every two weeks? BB calendar have this function not sure why Google dont.

Not sure about an app. There is a workaround though. You could create an event and have it repeat monthly on that day. Then create that same event 2 weeks later and have that repeated monthly on that day. You'll see it as 2 "different" entries but will see it twice a month or bi-weekly.

If you go into the event on the computer (i.e. through Gmail), you can set up just about any repeat interval that you want.

Or you could do what NativeTxn suggested. I was assuming you wanted to do this from your phone. LOL.

Yeah thru the phone. Thanks for the suggestion, was hoping for a different way ir another calendar that i could download and sync with Google.
