Calender Sync

Just a couple of days ago my wife and I got our new RAZR M and are enjoying them. However I would like to know if there is any way to Sync our phone calenders together?

share your calender with your wife. any change you make she can see and any updated she make can be seen by you

By sharing Calender are you reffering to my gmail Calender? I did the following.
Selected Calender app
Select setting options
Select calenders to be displayed
Gave an option to sync my Gmail but says device Calender is un-syncable.
