Call answered on another device

Since couple days. When I looked at my incoming calls list. I can see for each incoming calls: Called answered on another device.
I think my phone is hacked.. what can I do..please advise

Open your phone dialer and go to Settings. Find the forwarding options. They should have your vm number for where to forward. Did you give someone your phone for a few minutes? That's all it takes.
