Call Audio - Watch 2 1184

For some reason my Huawei watch 2 will no longer allow me to speak through the watch when recieving calls. I've noticed that the call audio won't allow me to select it at all. I've unpaired, reset my watch a couple times to no avail.

Not sure if this started when I upgraded to android 9.

Anyone any ideas? Hopefully not one that results in a factory reset of my phone
