Call blocker?

So I met this guy long time ago in jr high school. He was ok. But now lately is just annoying.

Still have a Samsung Galaxy S4 tmobile m919. Still running kitkat. The text message program I use (mood) has a black list. But how do I block calls? Tried dead2me and it does nothing. What is the best app for blocking calls? Or does tmobile have a system to block calls before it even gets to my android?

Ya I found out about that shortly after I posted here. But family allowances is 5 bucks a month. So I will talk to my mom and decide.

But an app would be great for now.

If you wanna do it in your mobile you can do it with anti virus programs like me have CM security it block calls which i listed when it comes they automatically blocks those calls. It's can use for all devices Doesn't depend on operator.
