Call Blocking

Is there anyway to block all calls that are not saved to contacts? Coming from an HTC phone the built in dialer had this option. If you recieved a call from a # that was not in your contacts, the phone would send it straight to voicemail. The robocalls are getting out of hand and would be nice to silence the 10 or so of them I get daily.

What carrier do u have? I have tmobile and the name id app I believe it's called has that feature
