Call Forwarding Error

When going to Additional Settings to set up Call Forwarding I get an error saying Service Unavailable. Also Call Waiting then is greyed out.
I chatted with AT&T and they cannot figure it out. They said it shows provisioned for it in their end. I rebooted the phone half a dozen times without luck. I got this phone a month ago and everything is bone stock and everything else is working fine.

I got three lines on my account with another S6 and an old S3, and both of these can access these settings just fine.
I'm mainly interested in the Call Waiting feature, but I cannot even get there.
Anybody else ever had this issue?
 
Yes, I have the same problem and I'm with AT&T also per AT&T they have tried everything they can and they want to send under warranty replacement in other words a refurbished phone in place of a my phone truly not happy with there service right now.
 
I don't use the features, but jut checked and I am getting the same thing. No telling what the issues is because it can be on their back end or the software load on the phone. So I would NOT trade my phone for a replacement just yet.

The trick here it to get the issue pushed up past the Tier 1 support and request Tier 2 or 3 support . If you can get that far.
