Call goes trough phone instead of car speakers

I have a Xiaomi redmi note 9 pro, i connect it to my car (VW Polo). Until some days ago everything was working fine but now if a i receive/make a call, the call goes trough the phone speaker, i can go to my phone and change the call to go to the speaker car system and it work, after finishing the call the music plays back but this time it goes trough speaker phone and i have to disconnect and re connect the cable to make it work again.

Any tip on how to fix this?
