Call google contacts using skype (non 3g)/ Click to call?

Hey guys, this worked on my old archos, but I'm struggling with my new SGT7+. Not only is there no way to call numbers directly from web pages that I see, but if I add to google contacts, it only lets me e-mail/text them, not dial them. I'm obviously missing something here. There must be a simple way to have it make calls using skype. Is the problem that I don't have a dialer app?

I'm not sure about Skype. But groove IP allows you to make free calls using your google voice number. groove IP had its own dialer with the app.
