After updating 8.1 call history not cleared

Sorry, are you saying that when you open your Phone app, tap Menu>Call History, then tap Menu again, you don't get a Clear Call History option? Or that you get it, but it doesn't actually clear the Call History?

Which is it? (1) There's no Clear Call History option, or (2) there is a Clear Call History option, but when you tap it, it doesn't actually clear anything?
