Call quality issue...

So I have had my Samsung Exhibit II 4g for about two months now, and recently, it developed an issue where when I'm on a call, all I can hear is crackling noises. It also likes to reset itself at random. Is this fixable or has it happened to anybody else? My screen got cracked but that is the only external issue..

Your radio might have been damaged when your screen was cracked...
