1) Comes with native call recording functionality...?
2) Support call recording with 3rd party applications...? (not using the speakerphone)

I see some call recording apps in the market, but none with very high ratings. AllCallRecorder seems to have the best chance for success. Search "call recorders". The Incredible does not have this functionality out of the box.

sniffs is right. The law varies from state to state, but it can be a felony.

California, Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania and Washington require consent of both parties.

that is why most convos you would only hear your voice and not the other's using a phone's default app.

by law you must notify the other party that they are being recorded.

Luckily Google Voice notifies both callers once you initialized call recording.
