Call reject messages missing/gone?

I'm pretty new to this phone, but my reject call messages use to pop up at the bottom of the caller screen, and now they no longer do, I'm wondering if anyone knows why they may have disappeared? I have received/installed the OTA update. Thanks in advance.

I have not had that issue with the update. I'm sure you already did this...battery pull maybe a solution? It solved a couple weird issues for me.
