Call Rejection

I was wondering if people who have the S4 could tell me if this feature is listed in the Verizon version of the S4.

Open the phone app -> tap on Menu -> tap on Call settings -> Call rejection.

It has a call restriction. I think it does the same as you are looking for.

I prefer a paid app named Call Control. Gives me the option to send rejects to voice mail and uses community black lists. Also has scheduling features where you can block all calls except for the ones you want to get thru.
