Call screen problem

I have Discovered that when my wife calls, the Call Screen shows up with the DECLINE/ANSWER boxes and the sound is my SOUND ALARM. The phone doesn't ring even though I tested the Ring Tone. What could be wrong? Thanks.

Yes. I use the Assistant to call her by name.

Oh, hang on a second -- are you talking about the fullscreen Call Screen display when she calls, or are you talking about the banner notification at the top of the screen (i.e., if you're actively using the phone for something else when she calls)?

Also, open Contacts and select her contact, then tap Menu>Set Ringtone. What's set for her? Is it your Default ringtone, or something else?

You did it again. I have never used the contact specific ring tone. I've always used the default ring tone. When I looked at the ringtone for my wife, it was set to NONE. I never had a problem with it until today. I changed it to the Default Ringtone to match the settings in my SOUNDS AND vibration, and the problem was fixed.
