Call Screening not working after Aug. Update

Hi all! After the August update I noticed that I no longer had Call Screening when receiving a call. I LOVE Call Screening, and REALLY want it back! Does anyone have any idea why the update would kill it, and what I need to do to get it back? Thanks!
