Call & text on other devices not always working on Tab S7+

I have the Tab S7+ connected to my S10+. When I make a call on the tablet I get a brief message at the bottom saying no network connected and doesn't make the call. If I clear the cache and data on the tablet phone app it starts working again. What is causing this?

Try rebooting your tablet sounds like a minor glitch.

I'll give it a try. I also noticed this happens when someone is calling me. The phone will ring but nothing shows up on the tablet but I do get a missed call notification after they hang up. If I clear the cache and data the call comes through.

Make sure all your apps are up to date. What calling app are you using?

Everything is up to date. I'm using the default Phone app on both the Tab S7+ and S10+.

I'm with Bell in Canada.

So I reset my network on both the cell phone and tablet. Rebooted my router and cleared all cache and data for the apps and now I can get incoming calls on the tablet but when I dial out I still get a no network connection message at the bottom of the screen. I am baffled why this is. At one point I did get a Turn on Call and message continuity.... But that is not available anymore. I searched and there is no option like that. Its just called Call & text from other devices now.

I found it always works best when I'm on the exact same network. Especially, when getting the two devices to first recognize one another.

I am on the same network. I'm finding this is intermittently happening so I don't know what the cause is.

On you on one ui 3.1? Im on Bell also and got no problem making or receiving calls on my tab s7+ connected via my S21U
