Call volume decreses automatically and humming sound while on phone.

In my samsung galaxy j2 pro everytime I'm talking to someone on phone it starts humming or I can't hear the person on the other side.

Does it initially sound normal? Does this also happen in speakerphone mode, or using a wired or Bluetooth headset? Have you asked your carrier about this?
