I was on a call. I received an incoming call and answered it while the first call was on hold. My question is after finishing that second call how can I disconnect that call only and return to the first call. I hit end call it would end all calls and not just that 2nd call. If I click back on the 2nd call it keeps the first call open and who knows if that call was put on three way.

The way I understand it, Verizon-wide, independent of phone, you cannot explicitly hang-up on just one caller in a three-way call. You can move back and forth where the other one is on "hold", effectively removing them from the three-way, but it is up to the one you said "goodby, now" to, to hang up themselves.

Even without having a 3-way call I cannot get rid of the screen that shows both calls even when one has already left such as if I said " goodbye I have to take another call".

the main issue with this is that while the phone is pressed against my face I often by accident press the non-existent phone call and this automatically puts my current call on a hold of sorts.

Verizon rep said this was a known issue and would be addressed in first update.

NO SUCH LUCK
