Called ID not being displayed after upgrade to Android 6

Hi

After upgrading my wife's Moto X 2nd gen to Android 6, calls received from people with prefix +972 only display the number and not the name stored under contacts in the phone. All names were displayed from contacts in the phone before the upgrade.
A number received with prefix +44 displays the name from contacts.

Is this a Motorola issue or Android 6?
