Caller ID Annoucement Galaxy Note 3 Verizon, how do yet it to announce the persons name that is ringing you. I used to have a droid 3 and it could do it. I checked everywhere settings, phone settings cant find it.

I believe if you enable hands free in the slide down panel, that will enable the caller ID voice when calls come in

Is the caller ID a permanent feature or is it one of those features that is free for a month and then they want to charge you a fee per month to get what should be a free feature?

They are giving you a free trial. I just turned it off.
