My team developed an app to allow the user to download contacts and insert to their phone contacts app (Orange icon) and it worked fine with contact listing, able to see contact name when receiving incoming call and able to see contact name in phone phone app (green icon) too.
However, with recent security patch update to my Samsung Galaxy S21, I can't see the contact listed in contacts app (Orange icon), caller name cannot be displayed too (only number is displayed). So far Issue is happening only in Samsung devices running on Android 11 and neither on other brand nor Samsung phone with OS lower than Android 11.
We had investigated, checked all the logs and also checked in forum but can't drill down to the root cause.
Does anyone experience this? Appreciate any help I can get. Thank you!!
