Callers can't hear me on Gear 2 Neo - Not on mute.
I can hear callers, but they can't hear me. They can hear me whenever I press a key, but not my voice. I looked in the call menu in the watch during the call, and mute is not on. Is it defective? Or does anyone have any ideas?
