Question Calls forwarded from land line going to voicemail

At my work, at a certain time of day The phone is transfered to my cell phone. Android z fold 6. If a call come from with organization it goes through. If someone calls from a cell phone outside the organization to the desk phone number transfered to my cell it goes straight to voice mail. Anyone else experienced this.

Have you checked with your IT department? Some companies' policy does not allow 3rd party calls to be forwarded (similar to how you have to 'whitelist' a domain to join conference/video calls outside your organization).

If the call is going to your phone's voicemail, I'd check if you have any specific phone number blocked or set to ignore. I'd check if you have any Spam call protection/feature active that may be incorrectly filtering this as spam.
