Calls from iOS phones going to voicemail

I never had a problem like this but recently calls from my wife's iPhone are almost always going directly to my Samsung A52's voicemail. Once in a while one sneaks through to my phone.
My OS is up to date, and she has iOS 18.1.1 . Messaging between her phone and mine is fine, and she can receive calls from my phone. Any ideas why this may be happening and how my wife and I can fix it?
My whole family has iPhones, and is pressuring me to switch, but I don't want to join the Evil Empire

You use DND? Any routine?
Have you tried deleting her from your device and adding back?

Funny, but I really do want to hear from her. No offense taken.
No, I've never used DND and I just checked to make sure I didn't turn it on by accident.
The only way to delete her from my device is to remove her from my CONTACTS. Is that what you mean ?

Yeah delete from contact completely and add again
