Hi Everyone, I am using my Urbane 2 on T-Mobile (working great BTW) but when i receive a call on my phone my watch does not ring. Isn't it supposed to ring when connected via BT? I also have a Fossil Q and every time my phone rings my watch rings as well, obviously i cant answer the call since there is no speaker on that one. Calls that are forwarded to the LG watch work flawlessly but only if they are forwarded. Any clues as to why this is happening. Thanks!!

It takes a few extra steps in order to configure the watch be able to dial or answer calls from BT all thanks to the addition of worthless NumberSync feature:
1. Deactivate NumberSync
2. Enable 'Allow phone audio' on watch BT settings.
3. Make sure the phone now can recognize your watch as BT headset and connect to it as BT headset.

Once #3 is confirmed, you will be able to answer or dial calls using BT.

I'm having the exact same issue. I purchased the re-released urbane 2 and am using T-Mobile. All app notifications are sent to watch just fine, however no phone calls or text messages are sent to watch while being paired with phone. I tried deactivating numbersynch but still no change. Any advice would be appreciated!!

I couldn't get texts to work on mine until I switched to Hangouts as my SMS app, now it works great. Not sure why that made the difference but if it works, it works.

You need to match watch SMS app (there is a setting for it on the watch) with phone's default text app. I use Google Messenger for both. But Hangout will do as well. However, if you use your phone manufacturer's default SMS app, it may not have AW version of the app and hence won't get notification.

Settings app on the watch. If you didn't see the Enable phone audio checkbox or not clickable, you haven't deactivated NumberSync yet. Just disable NumberSync or turn off cell radio won't help.

Under Bluetooth on settings I only have option to scan and connect to a BT device. I found numbersync under permissions and then system permissions and selected disable for both phone and sim. I'm thinking I.must be going astray here somewhere. Thanks again for trying to help me with this.

No, not disable permissions. You have to launch NumberSync from settings and select Deactivate. Otherwise, you will not be able to see the BT option

I don't seem to have option for numbersync in my settings. Perhaps this is because I never set phone up through att. I took it straight to T-Mobile store and had T-Mobile wear sim installed before ever turning it on.

If you go to settings on the watch under settings>cellular>advanced the last option doesn't mention sharing?

Settings->cellular->2ND option is number sync.

Ah. I don't have AT&T and have never setup number sync. I don't have it as a 2nd option in cellular but under advanced in cellular the 4th option says "watch shares number with phone"

I don't see "allow phone audio on watch BT settings. On my watch I have only 3 options under the bt setting: connected or disconnected; scan for nearby devices; and unpair devices. Btw, I'm on AT&T. Any advice?

You went a level too deep.

I'm confused. When I first go to the bluetooth setting the only option I have is "devices".

Thanks. Got it working now. Last setting under cellular was sharing. I unselected share for both phone and text. Then BT had option to select enable phone audio. Now I'm receiving calls and texts while paired to phone. Thanks all!!
