Calls not getting answered

On a few occasions on my wife's and one time on my Moment when we press the answer call button the phone keeps ringing, the call does not get answered and we wind up with either a missed call or voice mail. Does anyone have an idea of what might cure the problem.

are you running 2.1 or 1.5? If its 2.1 are you running dd03 or dd10? Do you have root? are you running custom themes? Have you done ANY customizations to the phones? If so what?

sounds like a problem with the button pad. Nothing can be done except bring the phone back to sprint for another one
