Camcorder and playback issues

I searched for this in the sticky but couldnt find anything. Ive upgraded to 2.2 (even though I didnt think it was a good idea) because I read about system speed greatly improving. Everything on my phone seems to be working fine except for a camcorder issue. I used to be able to play music in the background while I shoot (which was nice for taking video of my 2 yr old) but now it pauses the music every 5-10 seconds.

Also, playback now has a lot of "crackling sounds" after the upgrade. I can live without multitasking with music, but I get the crackling even if Im not playing music in the background. Anyone else having these issues? I use the camcorder frequently so this is pretty disappointing. Ugh...Why was I tempted with froyo....

Yes, the music now pauses for me as well. Im thinking this is something they wanted to do. As for the crackling, I do hear this a little bit. Remember, Im sure they will release an updated version with some little fixes. This is where I wish the updates were more often like Palms. Palm releases something, and then corrects everything afterwards also.

Also, taking videos and music together is one thing, but im not seeing how the whole music application doesnt mulitask anymore?
