Camera Cold Spot

I've been very pleased with the EVO overall coming from the OG EVO, but I have noticed that every one of my photos while crisp has a cold spot on one side. Specifically, the cold spot is located by the capacitive buttons and this happens whether the phone is held vertically or horizontally. I've tried different lighting to see if this was the problem, but the cold spot appears to be in the same place regardless. It is not the screen as the same cold spot appears when the photos are viewed on the computer.

I'm thinking I may have gotten a bad camera, but I figured I'd ask if anyone had seen this before I go and exchange it.
