Camera Error, Can't connect to the camera

Hello, I'm currently having this issue with my Nexus 4 (Carbon-ROM, Kitkat Nightly 20140410-0900) that when I go into my camera app or anything that uses the camera service such as torch light it doesn't work and shows an error message

Can't connect to the camera

This happened after I was trying out the new Google Camera app, I uninstalled the app but it now gives me the error every time I use the normal camera app. Not sure what I should do now, any ideas? Thanks

Reflash your Gapps... if that doesn't work, dirty flash the ROM ZIP and Gapps and clear cache and dalvik.

I need some help too, my iPhone 5 camera won't be open any more. An error message saying can't connect to the camera always pop up. What should I do?
I've tried resetting my iPhone but still the error exist.
