Camera error when opening a camera app

So recently, I've been getting this error where if I use any camera app, or an app like Snapchat, I get the Camera error "Camera is unable to initialize" message. I always have to go back to the homescreen, and delete every single app on the recent apps list.

Is there a fix to this?
