Camera Fail Message

Ok so when I tried to use the camera the first time I received a warning message. I tried it a couple of times and now all I get is a black screen. Any ideas? Please help I sure do not want to return it.

Well this isn't good, they are sending me a new phone and hopefully it will be here Thursday. I have no clue why it won't work and even did a factory reset. If anyone else is having this problem please let me know.

Good news, my wife's phone arrived today and I am now using it and when my replacement gets here she will have that one. Yes she was very understanding and the camera on the new phone works.
