Camera flash flashes

My camera flash sporadically flashes since the new update. Had anyone else experienced this and are there any fixes. I have gone through settings and can't find a reason.

The Galaxy S3's recent update added a feature called 'Flash Notification', meaning the camera flashes each time you get an alarm/call/email.
If you feel bothered with this, then below are the steps to fix it:
Go to Settings.
Tap My device.
Tap Accessibility.
Scroll down to find Flash notification option. Check the checkbox next to this option to turn it on and then uncheck the checkbox again to turn it off.
Restart the phone.
