Camera flash issue anyone else? HELP!

It seems like my camera is not working properly. Im not always getting a flash even though I have the flash turned on all the time. It also seems like it flashes but out of sync with the camera. Am I doing something wrong?

Reboot, then try it again.

I did and even did a master reset and its still not flashing and lighting the picture properly. Have you tried yours after the update?

Yes, I just took one and worked just fine... sorry, but next I'd call VZW Tech support... you might need a replacement device.

I just did a third master reset now its working VERY STRANGE

Very strange indeed. I have plenty of issues with the flash but it always goes off. The software, however, isn't so useful when it forces the flash to go before the exposure.

Well what was happening I think the flash goes off twice once for red eye and the second for the exposure. I was getting the first flash but not the second for the exposure.
