Camera/Gallery landscape rotate issue? (Gallery and Instagram)

Strange issue that just started a few days ago.

Up until now when I took a photo in landscape mode it was stored/viewed "horizontally" in the Gallery - and also looked right when I tried to add it in Instagram. But now any time I take a shot in landscape mode its stored vertically in the Gallery - and then looks wrong when trying to add it in IG.

Might not be explaining this right but its a really strange change.

Just started a few days ago and I haven't changed any settings to my knowledge.

Example - prior to this when I took a photo in landscape mode - it was stored like the one on the left.

Now, its stored like the one on the right.
