Camera/Google Talk Force Close

I'm having an issue with my camera and google talk both force closing immediately when launched or even after rebooting. I have flashed different ROMs, that does not fix the problem. I have reverted to my original backed up ROM, no dice. I flashed the original google image, absolutely nothing works to fix it. I have done a search and it seems to be an issue with several Android phones, but I have not seen anything pertaining to a Galaxy Nexus. If anyone has any ideas on any strategies to try and fix it, I'm open to suggestions. Thanks in advance.

Same has happened to me, not finding any information on it, also tried flashing different roms with same problem across the board, no camera and no gtalk.
