Camera HDR+ processing not completing

Is anyone else having issues with the camera not finishing HDR+ processing? This is the 2nd time I have this message stuck in my notification area.

I had this happen once, a restart fixed it. Haven't seen it since.

A force stop on the camera app also works.

Happens every now and again. Force stop or reset have always fixed the issue.

Saw it once, took another picture and it went away.

Saw it once, took another picture and it went away.

I did the same and it worked...faster than restart the phone.
