Camera Icon on Lock Screen

I can't figure out how to get the camera icon on my lock screen. I have an ATT Note 2 and use the "pattern" lock for my phone. Can someone help me with this please?

If you're rooted, there's an Xposed app for that.

Thank you for the reply. I am not rooted. With Kit Kat, I read that you don't have to be to use this feature.
