Noticed on a couple occasions, while taking pics with my Incredible, it will revert back to home screen, after a couple of shots. Doesn't happen every time but has done so several times. Any suggestions? Or remedies?

Sure you aren't just hitting the home or back button when you are pressing the optical joystick? Mine doesn't do this, but it could always happen with technology.

My Camera does all sorts of wonky things... including what you are talking about. The most common error is that the picture just freezes on the screen, never transfers to SD, and the whole app locks up. I have to hit "home, camera, home, camera" in that order to get the camera to unfreeze so i can take another shot. This happens way to often and has me about ready to request a replacement phone.

I've had the same "freeze" happen on my camera too. I've found that if I turn the phone off and restart it corrects the issue. That is until the next time of course. Hasn't happened often, but it has happened.

If you read most forums this has been an issue for many including me. HTC/Verizon are aware of it but who knows if a fix will come in a future OTA. I have read different fixes for this such as saving pics to an sd card instead of internal memory....what works for me is simply letting auto focus adjust itself first then snap the pic (letting the center box turn green and focus before snapping). BTW this fix is for when the camera freezes.
