Camera issue

I have a droid ultra and every time I try to record a video it says not able to capture media.I am using the stock camera. It even does it with the Google camera from the play store could the problem be? I've updated the camera. Cleared the cache and did a FDR. I'm lost.

I found a fix. "OK Google" detection messed it up. Turn it off and it works. Mod please delete
