Camera issues after Android 10 update

My LG V40 camera is having a huge amount of lag, sometimes around 20 to 30 seconds after the Android 10 update. I've turned off hdr but the camera is practically unusable because of the massive amount of lag. It worked fine before the update and I'm hesitant to perform a factory reset.

Don't know if this will help. Turn off the phone; wait 3 minutes or so and power back up.
