Camera Issues(not the purple tint)

I had my phone for two months before it turned off and never turned back on. Sent in for repair, returned....sent back in cause it still had issues..they kept for a month and sent back with replaced boards and other things. They changed the serial # and Imei on my phone.
I have had camera issues almost since the beginning. I am now less than a week out of warranty so HTC will not cover it.
The camera often cannot focus. It has light issues, everything is either extremely washed out, or very dark. Sometimes it saves it completely crooked and warped.
Has anyone seen this before? Does anyone have any idea on how to fix it? I have tried manually changing the camera options but it never helps.

Never seen that issue before, have you tried other camera apps to see if the issue persists? thats a bummer you aint having the best of times

Yea I have tried a few different apps, I fear it is a hardware issue that I can't fix with apps or settings.
Most often the issue isn't the slanted photos as much as these very very washed out photos. If it isn't washed out it is so dark.

yeah mate it looks like a fault with the camera, it shouldn't be doing the slanted pics like that. The picture of the Rooster in your first pics is freaking me out lol. With the whole blur focus thing.

I just contacted HTC and was told they replaced my rigid_flex board, upper board, and the main camera.
That was what they fixed and I am still having so many issues, such as the camera taking these horrible pictures.
