Camera issues

OK here's a new bug.
I open my camera,
go to landscape on auto
rear camera.
Open options,
it opens diagonally then closes.
I put the phone in portrait mode, open options,
options open for a split second and then closes every time.
Options Won't stay open
I restarted the phone, and no luck

Is anything touching the back button or the corners of the phone (if you have the multitasking window gesture enabled)? Have you tried clearing the Camera app's cache (first) or data (if cache doesn't work)?

None of that worked, the options come up, and immediately close down. Turned off all gestures as well. Reset default settings.
I'll do a factory reset in a bit

Put in safe mode , make sure no 3rd party app causing this.
