Camera lens blur center mass

My S5 just developed a tinted blur center mass. It shows on every picture now. When the motion sensor is adjusting in a circle the blur appears in that same area.
Any ideas?

Sounds like water damage. Do you see any water on your camera lens

No sign of water. The indicators are not activated either. This phone has had a lot of software problems from the get go.
