Camera lens or just plastic cover?

Something on my Samsung Galaxy S4 camera is cracked. I am not sure if it is the lens or a plastic cover. I have read that new S4 camera lens comes with a plastic cover but I do not remember if I removed it or not. The piece is cracked pretty severally but pictures come out pretty good despite this. The piece covers the entire lens area and seems flush and connected to a silver colored "ring".

The plastic cover has a hole in the centre of it. If there isn't a hole, then unfortunately, I think your lens is cracked.
