Camera light artifacts

Anyone else noticing any light reflection/refraction spots in night shots or lower light photos? Seeing some spots that look like they could be dust but the lens is clean.

See just to let left of moon and there was barely any direct light that should cause a reflection like that.

The moon at night is reflecting the light from the sun and on a clear night with lower fall humidity can be exceedingly bright in relation to the rest of an image. The reflected brightness of the sun can definitely cause the lens reflections you are seeing.
